How long until my order ships?

We carefully make each card by hand, so please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Need it faster? We also offer expedited shipping (1-2 business days) for $10.
Can I add a personal message to my card?

Absolutely — every card includes a free option to add a personal message (up to 50 words) right inside. Just select your size, write your message, and we'll handle the rest.
Note: this option isn't available on bundle orders.
Will my card look exactly like the photos?

Since each card is made with real dried botanicals, you can expect small natural variations from card to card.
What's in a bundle?

Our bundles let you pick any 3 cards in one set — perfect for stocking up on gifts or sending to multiple people. Just choose your favorites from the dropdown menus.
Note: personal messages aren't available on bundle orders.
How should I care for my card?

Keep it out of direct sunlight to help the botanicals keep their color longer. Beyond that, no special care needed.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each card is made to order with natural materials (and often personalized!), we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us at hello@petalstopaperstudio.com and we'll make it right.
